Shangri-La Townhouses are a near million-dollar townhouses developed in Richmond on Blundell Road. It’s a 38 -unit townhouse development, named Shangri-La and named by the real estate companies as “luxury” living.
EMC Painters INC took on the job of painting this townhouse development in 2013 and manage all of the interior and exterior painting work. These townhouses sold out quickly. Sale prices ranged from about $600,000, plus tax, for the nine, two-storey units, to as high as about $900,000, plus tax, for the six, three-storey units.
This painting of this project was done under the direction of Bruno Braun who carefully supervised the team, procured all necessary equipment and completed the project under the required amount of time.
